Shipping is free for mainland Portugal. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days in mainland Portugal. For other European countries and the USA, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout Europe and to the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If the size you chose is not right, you may request an exchange, provided the item meets the conditions set out in our Exchanges and Returns Policy. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the exchange.

How does the exchange process work?

To request an exchange, simply contact our team by email, providing your order number, the size you would like and photographs of the item. After reviewing your request, we will provide the necessary instructions for the exchange, subject to stock availability.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within the statutory 14-day period after receipt of the order, provided the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy are met.
